HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!

            Today was Wylie's first 4th of July! Man time is flying by... She is 4 months old now! I can't believe how much she has grown over the past few months.  We went to the doctors about a week ago for her 4 month check up and shots.  She was 12lbs 7oz, double her birth weight, and 25 inches.  We think that she is taller, but that's just us... We're hoping for an All-Star basketball player. ;-)  She did a really good job at her check up until she saw her Doctor.  The whole time she was there she was smiling and laughing, but as soon as the Doctor walked over to do the routine check up.... Wylie started crying, ok screaming!!!  It was sad, but funny!!  That girl isn't dumb.... She knew what was coming. ;-) Besides that the appointment went well and as soon as we left the doctor's office, Wylie was her same happy self again. She is so funny!!

As I was saying... Today was Wylie's first 4th of July! We were excited to see how she would react to the fireworks.  It was so much fun to watch her eyes get big as the fireworks would go off.  She starred at them with a confused look on her face the entire time, but she seemed to be enjoying them.  It is so much fun to watch her grow and start to figure things out. Over the past month of so she has discovered her feet. She is now obsessed with grabbing her feet and putting them in her mouth.  She could do that all day if we let her, and be perfectly content. :-)  We are such lucky parents!!  We have such an amazing daughter!
