After we all tossed out our guesses as to where we thought he was going to be spending the next two years of his life it was time for us to find out if any of us were even close to being right. :-)
Jordan read his call and he has been called to the Mexico City, Mexico mission. He looked so exciting and had such a big smile on his face. My mom had the biggest smile on her face as well and we could all tell how excited she was. It was cute to see my mom get so hyped up. Later on that night we found out a few days ago my mom had been talking to some friends and mentioned that she doesn't care where Jordan goes on his mission as long as he doesn't go to Mexico City. :-) It just goes to show that our Heavenly Father truly does have a sense of humor. My mom will have to be a little bit more careful...
Jordan will be leaving September 14th, 2011, so he has a little bit of time, but it will definitely be here before we all know it. I will be so sad when he goes but I couldn't be more proud of my little brother. He is such a great example to me and is already such an amazing missionary. The people of Mexico are going to love and embrace him. I can't wait for my brother to have this great experience, and I know the Lord will bless him.
