Take me out to the Ball Game....

Ever since we moved to Arizona we have been enjoying a lot of Family time.  We came here, leaving all of our friends and famliy behind, so we have decided to make the best of it and enjoy this special time together as a family. Our kids LOVE sports, and it being the beginning of baseball season when we got here, we decided to take advantage of it and go to a few games.
Both Wylie and Easton LOVE going to the games.  They are constantly asking if we can go to the baseball games.  Wylie in particular loves the teams mascot Baxter, and the big head Randy Johnson. Easton constantly is keeping his eye on the ball and pointing it out to us. That and he loves to flirt with any girls that sit around us. I am going to have to watch out for him when he gets older I swear.  He will flash that big adorable smile and melts hearts with it. It even seems to melt the hearts of the TV people.  Every single time we have gone to a baseball game so far they have put our kids on the big Jumbo Tron.  They are just too cute to resist. At one of the games we were even wearing and cheering for the other team.   Even then they couldn't resist my adorable kids. :-)
Both of the kids do really well at the games. If even if they seem to be even a little bit restless, we get them a big old bucket of popcorn to share and they will sit in a chair together downing the popcorn. :-)  We are so blessed to have such wonderful children who are generally really good wherever we go.
A few other fun things we have done together as a family this summer are going to movies where we also get them a large thing of popcorn to share. We are constantly going swimming, 100 degrees plus every day... you have to cool off somehow.  Both Wylie and Easton love going to the pool.  We put on their floaties and they could swim for hours.  Wylie thinks she is a pro now.  She likes to swim all by herself, and does a really good job with doggy paddling herself around the pool.  Easton loves to mostly just float in his floaties, that or play with a ball.  Both kids climb up and down the pool stairs and over to the edge so they can jump in to daddy over and over again.
It really has been an enjoyable time together as a family, and these will be some of my most cherished memories throughout my life.  I am a very blessed mother, and I am so blessed to have such amazing children. I can't see what else our time in Arizona has in store for us.
The kids love to go to the baseball games and see Baxter(The Mascot), Randy Johnson(The fathead), and of course they always have to have their popcorn! :-)
